Submission Guidelines

Gönderi Kuralları

Submissions will be considered for review only if they comply with the following rules.

Gönderilen çalışmalar, yalnızca aşağıdaki kurallara uymaları durumunda değerlendirmeye alınacaktır.

General Rules

  1. The journal accepts the following types of manuscripts: research articles, review articles, letters to the editor, book reviews, and bibliographies (bibliometric studies). Manuscripts must not have been previously published or be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  2. Manuscripts uploaded to the system by the authors must not exceed a maximum similarity rate of 20%, based on a similarity report obtained from any of the plagiarism detection tools such as iThenticate, Turnitin, or İntihalNET. Authors are required to declare and submit the similarity analysis report at the time of submission.
  3. The manuscript file must not contain any information identifying the author(s). The article title and running title, along with the author(s)’ full name(s), academic title(s), institutional affiliation(s), ORCID ID(s), and e-mail address(es), must be provided on a separate title page. This title page must be submitted at the time of submission.

Main Text Writing Rules

  1. Manuscripts must be prepared using Microsoft Word 2010 or later versions. The page layout should be set to A4, with 2.5 cm margins on all sides (top, bottom, left, and right). The main text should be written in Times New Roman, 12-point font. Footnotes should be in 10-point font and may be reduced to 8-point font within tables where necessary.
  2. The text should be formatted with 1.15 line spacing and justified alignment. A 6-point space should be left before and after each paragraph, and no paragraph indentation should be used.
  3. All section headings must be written in uppercase letters, and each section must be numbered.
  4. The APA 7th edition citation style must be used in all manuscripts.
  5. The abstract must not exceed 200 words. Immediately following the abstract, 3–5 keywords should be provided, along with the JEL classification codes that best describe the study.
  6. Tables should be borderless, with only top and bottom borders, and formatted using the “auto fit to window” option. Titles of tables, figures, and graphs must be placed above the respective item and center-aligned.
  7. Manuscripts submitted in Turkish must include an extended abstract of at least 500 words, consisting of the aim, methodology, findings, and conclusion sections.

Genel Kurallar

  1. Dergi şu makale türlerini kabul etmektedir: araştırma makaleleri, derleme makaleleri, editöre mektuplar, kitap incelemeleri veya bibliyografya (bibliyometri). Bu makalelerin daha önce başka bir yerde yayınlanmamış veya yayınlanmak üzere gönderilmemiş olması gerekmektedir.
  2. Yazarlar tarafından sisteme yüklenen makaleler, iThenticate/Turnitin/İntihalNET benzerlik programlarından herhangi birinden elde edilecek benzerlik raporuna göre maksimum %20 benzerlik oranını aşmamalıdır. Yazarların analiz raporunu gönderim aşamasında beyan etmelidir.
  3. Makale dosyasında yazar(lar) hakkında bilgi yer almamalıdır. Makale başlığı ve kısa başlığı, yazar(lar)ın adı ve soyadı, unvanı, kurumu, ORCID numarası ve e-posta adresi bilgileri ayrı bir başlık sayfasında yer almalıdır. Bu başlık sayfası gönderim sırasında sunulmalıdır.

Ana Metin Yazım Kuralları

  1. Makale Microsoft Word 2010 ve üzeri sürümlerinde yazılmalıdır. Sayfa düzeni A4 olmalı ve sayfanın her iki tarafındaki kenar boşlukları (sağ-sol, üst-alt) 2,5 cm olmalıdır. Metin New Times Roman karakterinde 12 punto olarak yazılmalıdır. Dipnotlar 10 punto ve gerektiğinde tablo içi 8 puntoya kadar düşürülebilir.
  2. Metin 1.15 satır aralığıyla iki yana yaslı şekilde yazılmalı, paragraflardan önce ve sonra 6 nk boşluk bırakılmalıdır. Paragraflarda girinti olmamalıdır.
  3. Bölüm başlıklarının tamamı büyük harfle yazılmalı ve her bir bölüm numaralandırılmalıdır.
  4. Makalelerde APA 7 atıf yöntemi kullanılmalıdır.
  5. Özet kısmı 200 kelimeyi aşmamalıdır. Özetten hemen sonra 3-5 arası anahtar kelime eklenmeli ve ayrıca çalışmayı en iyi şekilde tanımlayan JEL kodları da yazılmalıdır.
  6. Tablolar kenarlıksız (sadece üst ve alt kenar olacak şekilde) ve ‘pencereye otomatik sığdır’ formatında olmalıdır. Tablo, şekil ve grafiklerde başlıklar üst kısımda ve ortaya hizalı bir şekilde yazılmalıdır.
  7. Türkçe gönderilecek makalelerde amaç, yöntem, bulgu ve sonuç bölümlerinden oluşan en az 500 kelimelik genişletilmiş özet bulunmalıdır.

Author Guidelines
